Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands, January 2026 – Deanne Kissinger has been appointed as Chief Talent Officer at Teva Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in innovative biopharmaceuticals and generics. In this role, she will lead Teva’s global talent strategy, including leadership development, learning and performance, skills-based organization design, and culture transformation to support the company’s mission of advancing better health worldwide.
Prior to joining Teva Pharmaceuticals, Deanne Kissinger served for over two years at Syensqo (formerly part of Solvay) as Global Head of Talent Growth Platform, based in Brussels. She led enterprise-wide strategy for talent management, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, rotational programs, and skills-based organization design for a €7 billion organization with 13,000 employees across 30 countries. Her mandate focused on modernizing talent architecture and building future-ready capabilities anchored in Solvay’s 160-year legacy.
Earlier, Deanne held multiple global leadership roles at Solvay in the United States. As Executive Vice President HR – Materials, she was the strategic HR partner for the company’s largest global business unit, guiding workforce strategy for a $4 billion division with 6,000 employees. She subsequently became Global Head of Talent Growth Platform, responsible for enterprise talent and learning strategies across a $14 billion organization employing 22,000 people.
Before Solvay, she spent close to two years at Duke Energy Corporation as Director – Talent Management and Engagement, shaping enterprise talent strategy and engagement for one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. She also led global talent for Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions as Director – Talent Management, overseeing programs for a $6.3 billion, 20,000-employee business.
Deanne’s experience further includes leadership at Diversey as Vice President – Global Talent Management and HR Business Partner, where she built the talent framework for the newly independent company following its Bain Capital acquisition. At Sealed Air Corporation, she served as Global Director – Learning & Leadership Development and Global Director – Talent Management, driving leadership pipelines and performance systems for a $7.7 billion enterprise.
Her earlier career featured significant global learning roles with Diageo, where she led commercial capability and global L&D initiatives across London and Sydney, and with GlaxoSmithKline, where she delivered organizational development and major change programs over a five-year period.
