Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, January 2026 — Cha Lor, PHR has started a new role as Human Resources Director – Engineered Drives at Regal Rexnord.
In this role, he is responsible for leading the people and HR agenda for the Engineered Drives business, partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development across the segment.
Cha Lor brings strong continuity to the role, having previously served at Regal Rexnord as Human Resources Director – Enterprise Digital, IT & Cybersecurity, where he supported critical enterprise-wide digital and technology functions during a phase of transformation.
Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, he built a solid HR leadership foundation at Kimberly-Clark, where he held roles including Associate HR Director, Global R&D and Senior Global HR Business Partner, supporting innovation-led and research-driven teams. Earlier in his career, he worked as Senior HR Business Partner at Thrivent Financial, followed by progressive HR leadership roles at Eaton, including HR Services Leader, HR Manager, and HR Specialist. He began his professional journey in talent acquisition as a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek.
With experience spanning manufacturing, digital, R&D, and financial services environments, Cha Lor is known for his business-aligned, people-centric HR leadership. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Regal Rexnord’s people strategy within the Engineered Drives segment.
