Brussels, Belgium, October 2024 – Haidé Van Gheluwe has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Belgium, Luxembourg, and France at LolaLiza, where she will lead the HR strategy across these regions. With extensive experience in HR leadership, organizational transformation, and human capital management, Haidé will focus on strengthening the company’s people-driven culture and overseeing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement to support LolaLiza’s growth.
Prior to joining LolaLiza, Haidé Van Gheluwe served as Chief Human Capital Officer at Armonea, where she led change management, HR operations, and macro-level strategic initiatives for over two years. During her time at Armonea, Haidé played a pivotal role in transforming the HR framework to align with the company’s long-term objectives and corporate culture.
Before Armonea, Haidé held the position of Operations Director at Securex, where she led HR initiatives and drove business transformation across Belgium. Her leadership helped enhance operational efficiencies and streamline workforce management processes within the organization.
Earlier, Haidé was the Founder and Certified Coach at Vit-H bvba, a consultancy that offered HR services, business coaching, and talent management support to various high-profile organizations, including SD Worx, EDF Luminus, IKEA, and UNICEF.
Earlier in her career, Haidé gained valuable experience working in HR management roles at Ingram Micro, SD Worx, and Office Depot, contributing to strategic HR planning, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives.
