Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Colliers has announced the appointment of Saurabh Bhagat as Chief Financial Officer, Colliers India. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Saurabh has held key finance positions at reputed real estate and professional services firms and is highly regarded for his financial acumen, governance orientation, and leadership capabilities.
With experience spanning two decades, he has consistently secured profitable growth for organizations and created exponential value for stakeholders. As Chief Financial Officer, Saurabh will focus on developing a robust financial framework, optimizing processes, strengthening governance, and enabling sustainable business performance across Colliers India.
Prior to joining Colliers, Saurabh Bhagat was Partner at Mandarus Partners LLP for over two and a half years. In this role, he led CFO advisory services, financial reporting and analysis, strategic financial planning, corporate governance, internal controls, and business restructuring initiatives. His counsel supported multiple organizations in cost optimization, risk management, and process transformation.
Earlier, Saurabh spent more than three and a half years with Knight Frank India as National Director – Finance. He played a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, budgeting, capital investment planning, and profitability improvement. He led finance, tax, legal, and secretarial functions, drove mergers and demergers, implemented ICFR frameworks, and strengthened compliance governance. He was also instrumental in introducing productivity metrics, segmental reporting, and Six Sigma-driven collection processes.
Before this, he served Knight Frank India for over eight years in progressive leadership roles including Director – Commercial and General Manager – Commercial. During this tenure, he spearheaded MIS and analytics, business development for asset management, vendor strategy, ISO/OHSAS/EHS certifications, and automation of facilities management, HR, and finance systems—transforming several functions into profit centers.
Saurabh began his corporate journey with Patni Computer Systems as Accounts Executive, where he managed revenue analysis, client contract evaluation, and affiliate financial reporting, laying the foundation for his strong finance domain expertise.
Saurabh Bhagat completed the Executive Management Program in General Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (2016–2018) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, bringing a powerful blend of technical rigor and business leadership to his role.
