Rawlinson’s appointment follows her tenure as Chief Financial and Operational Officer at Culture Amp, a role she assumed in December 2024. During this period, she played a central role in strengthening operational rigor, financial discipline, and strategic execution, working closely with the leadership team to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Culture Amp, Caroline Rawlinson built a distinguished career at MYOB, where she held multiple senior leadership roles over more than four years. As Chief Operating Officer, she served as second-in-command to the CEO, with responsibility spanning board engagement, enterprise-wide operations, and governance of major strategic and transformation initiatives. Earlier, as Chief Financial Officer, she led strategy, M&A, pricing, finance, legal, risk, procurement, and governance, overseeing significant acquisitions, partnerships, and investments that accelerated MYOB’s platform-led growth.

Before MYOB, Rawlinson served as Chief Financial Officer at Trade Me, where she was responsible for strategy, finance, governance, M&A, and ventures. Her tenure included leading the company through its acquisition by Apax Partners and subsequent delisting, alongside oversight of investor relations and capital markets activity.

Her international leadership experience also includes senior finance roles at Formica Asia, where she led strategic and commercial operations across nine Asian markets, and earlier strategy and corporate development roles at Fletcher Building. She began her career in corporate finance at PwC in New Zealand.

As CEO, Caroline Rawlinson brings deep expertise across strategy, operations, finance, M&A, and transformation, positioning Culture Amp to continue scaling its impact globally while remaining grounded in people science and customer-led innovation.
