In his new role, he will lead the organization’s growth strategy, clinical excellence, innovation, and patient experience, with a focus on making world-class fertility care more accessible across India.
Bringing extensive leadership experience in healthcare, business transformation, and multi-market operations, Sukesh joins Ferty9 after serving as Chief Business Officer at Birla Fertility & IVF, where he led the commercial strategy for one of India’s largest IVF networks. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President & Head of Revenue & Operations (CRO), overseeing revenue and operations for more than 50 IVF clinics across 35 cities and 18 states, while managing large cross-functional teams across operations, sales, projects, procurement, strategy, customer care, and digital functions.
Before Birla Fertility, Sukesh spent nearly five years with NephroPlus, where he held several senior international leadership positions. As Senior Vice President & P&L Head – International Business, he drove expansion across Southeast Asia, the GCC, and CIS markets, leading international growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and cross-border operations. He also served as Country General Director – Uzbekistan and Director – Philippines, successfully leading market entry, building large-scale healthcare infrastructure, managing country-level P&Ls, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
Known for his expertise in healthcare operations, strategic growth, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence, Sukesh has consistently built high-performing organizations while delivering sustainable business growth. His appointment marks an important milestone for Ferty9 Fertility Center as it continues to expand its leadership in fertility care and strengthen access to advanced reproductive healthcare across South India.
