Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026– Kavya Agarwal has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President – Engineering Manager at NAB Innovation Centre India. With over a decade and a half of progressive experience in the technology and financial services sectors, Kavya continues to contribute to NAB’s innovation and engineering leadership in India.
Since joining NAB in June 2023 as Vice President – Technology, Kavya has been instrumental in advancing core technology platforms and engineering excellence across NAB’s India operations. Her elevation to Senior Vice President in January 2026 reflects her strategic contributions to technological transformation and team leadership within the organization.
Prior to NAB, Kavya served at Credit Suisse as Associate Vice President – Technology, where she supported engineering initiatives from June 2022 to June 2023. Before that, she was associated with Macquarie Group from April 2021 to June 2022, managing key IT projects and engineering teams.
Earlier in her career, Kavya had a long tenure at NatWest Group, where over six and a half years she grew from Designer – Engineering to Associate Vice President – Engineering, leading cross-functional development teams and delivering enterprise solutions. Her other stints include engineering roles at Sopra Steria, Agilis International, and Xerox Business Solutions Southwest, contributing to AI development, business analysis, and systems integration projects.
Kavya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Aligarh Muslim University, where she graduated with honors and received the College Merit Scholarship between 2007 and 2010.
