Community Care Plan (CCP), a distinguished health plan provider based in South Florida, has announced a significant addition to its executive team with the appointment of Victoria Tuffy as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This strategic move comes as the former CHRO, Susan Mansolillo, steps into retirement.
Victoria Tuffy steps into her new role with a rich background in human resources leadership, having previously served as CHRO at Amerijet and Vice President of Human Resources at Piper Aircraft. Additionally, Tuffy was a pivotal founding member and chair of professional development for the Network of Women employee resource group at Royal Caribbean. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from the University of Scranton.
In her role at CCP, Tuffy will oversee all aspects of the organization’s human capital. She will provide strategic leadership and guidance to align CCP’s workforce with its mission, vision, and business objectives. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support CCP’s growth, talent management, and employee engagement.
