The Randstad, Netherlands, February 2026 — Federico La Manna has started a new role as Chief Financial Officer at Renewi, where he will lead the company’s financial strategy and transformation agenda as the waste-to-product company continues to scale its circular economy operations across Europe.
Prior to joining Renewi, Federico spent over seven years at ManpowerGroup in senior global finance leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Global SVP Finance and Business Transformation, steering finance and transformation initiatives across more than 60 countries and overseeing a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Earlier, as Global VP Finance and Business Transformation, he led a multi-year finance transformation program, established the company’s first Global Finance Hub, and strengthened global process governance and compliance. He also served as Regional Finance Director (CFO) – Northern Europe, acting as regional CFO for 15 countries and driving profitability, M&A support, and strategic execution.
Before ManpowerGroup, Federico worked as CFO & HR Director at Retitalia SpA, where he oversaw finance, tax, HR, and administration for a major energy company in Italy, leading corporate restructuring and ERP modernization. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at PwC, progressing to Senior Manager and managing complex cross-border audit and advisory assignments in Italy and the United Kingdom. During this period, he was selected for PwC’s International Development Program and worked with multinational clients across FMCG, industrial, and consumer sectors. He also served as a Temporary Professor at UNIKORE – University of Enna, teaching management and audit subjects.
With more than two decades of international experience in finance leadership, transformation, and audit, Federico brings deep expertise in large-scale organizational change and operational excellence, positioning Renewi to strengthen its financial performance and transformation capabilities as it advances circular economy solutions.
