Bringing over two decades of extensive experience in human resource management across diverse sectors, Maloul is poised to drive strategic HR initiatives at ADCANPharma, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Prior to joining ADCANPharma, Maloul was the Managing Director at Human Engineering Management Consultancies, where since April 2023, he has provided expert HR consultancy services focusing on the development and implementation of comprehensive HR functions. His tenure here highlighted his capability in enhancing organizational efficiency through strategic HR frameworks.
Maloul also served as the Executive Director – GCC Operation for Hope International Pvt. Ltd., showcasing his adeptness in overseeing operations across multiple countries and setting strategic directions to enhance organizational outcomes.
His extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC from August 2006 to April 2023. Here, Maloul excelled as the Strategic HR Manager and Head of HR Service Delivery, where he led major initiatives to improve service delivery and employee engagement across the Albatha Healthcare Group’s subsidiaries.
