This significant appointment comes after a successful three-month stint as Interim Head of HR for the region. Tabinda brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in HR leadership, further solidifying PSG’s commitment to nurturing a robust organizational culture across its European operations.
Tabinda joined PSG in September 2023 and quickly made her mark by seamlessly transitioning to the role of Head of Human Resources. Her immediate impact on strategic HR initiatives has set a high standard for leadership within the company.
Prior to joining PSG, Tabinda was an HR Manager at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, where she oversaw human resources for one year, enhancing employee engagement and optimizing HR operations. Before Cranswick, she led significant HR functions at Wren Kitchens as Head of Manufacturing People, where she was instrumental in refining workforce management and development strategies.
Her earlier roles include being the National People & Talent Lead at Impellam Group and Talent Acquisition Manager at Engage Partners UK, where she developed key HR strategies that substantially improved talent management processes and team cohesion.
Tabinda’s extensive experience also includes a noteworthy tenure as Managing Partner at Ampersand Education Recruitment, and roles at Tempest Resourcing Ltd and Vision Teaching, where she honed her skills in building effective relationships and strategic HR management.
