Tampa, Florida, United States, February 2026 — Sarah Hartman has started a new role as Senior Director, People & Talent at Fusable. In this capacity, she is responsible for advancing people and talent strategies that support organizational growth, leadership capability, and performance across the business.
In her new role at Fusable, Sarah brings deep expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and talent leadership, with a strong track record of building scalable people practices in high-growth environments.
Prior to joining Fusable, Sarah spent nearly four years at Appspace, where she most recently served as Director, People & Culture. During her tenure, she partnered closely with leadership teams on succession planning, leadership development, compensation strategy, and performance management, while strengthening people operations and culture initiatives.
Earlier, Sarah held several progressive people leadership roles at Omnivore (an Olo company), including Head of People & Talent and Head of Talent Acquisition, where she built the company’s people function from the ground up, designed performance and career frameworks, led engagement and retention initiatives, and supported acquisition-related people integration. She also supported acquisition continuity work at Olo and previously worked in talent and onboarding roles at FairWarning®.
Sarah began her professional journey in education, serving as an Early Childhood Special Education Inclusive Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher with the Southeast Polk Community School District, experiences that continue to shape her empathetic, people-first leadership approach.
