Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, February 2026 — Olivier T. Vankerk has joined the executive team at Newfire Global Partners as Chief People Officer. In his new role, he is focused on building a people-powered growth operating system, strengthening organizational culture, and leading enterprise-wide business transformation to support the company’s next phase of global expansion.
Prior to this appointment, Olivier T. Vankerk founded REV Labs Advisory Services, where he guided HR technology innovators and enterprise leaders on AI-driven transformation, product strategy, and ROI-focused workforce solutions. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor at Gloat, supporting leadership on platform strategy and market positioning.
He previously spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, including SVP People Technology & Transformation and SVP People Analytics & Technology, where he led large-scale HR digital modernization initiatives, secured major transformation investments, and built enterprise analytics capabilities that strengthened governance and employee experience.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple global HR leadership roles at IBM, driving workforce planning, performance management, and global talent strategies across large international teams. He began his professional journey with Seagate Technology, focusing on university recruiting and talent pipeline development.
Olivier T. Vankerk holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
