Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Harish Banwari has started a new role as President Global Business at Altus. In this part-time leadership role, he is driving the company’s global business strategy, steering international partnerships, and leading go-to-market initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. He is also focused on scaling Altus’ AI-enabled enterprise solutions, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening the company’s global brand positioning.
Before joining Altus, Harish Banwari founded AdvantEdge Consulting Solutions, where he serves as CEO and Founder, helping organizations grow, transform, and scale through bespoke consulting solutions for domestic and international clients.
He previously spent over two decades in senior leadership roles at 3M, where he held multiple Asia leadership positions including Business Leader and Director, Executive Director, Vice President, and General Manager, managing large P&Ls and leading business development, regulatory, and application engineering functions across Asia and South Asia Pacific. His tenure included leadership of transportation safety, infrastructure protection, and traffic safety systems businesses.
Earlier in his career, Harish Banwari worked for more than a decade at Reliance Industries Limited as Marketing Manager, handling sales and marketing responsibilities in the petrochemicals sector.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
