Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, February 2026 —Exim Logistics Private Limited has appointed Sureswar Dash as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a strategic leadership elevation within the organization.
In his new role, Sureswar joins the senior management team and acts as a Board Member, shaping the enterprise-wide people and culture strategy. He will align human capital strategy with business growth, ESG priorities, and long-term value creation while advising the Board and CEO on leadership risk, succession readiness, workforce economics, and future skills. As CHRO, he will lead executive succession planning, modern talent architecture, DEI initiatives, executive compensation governance, digital HR transformation, and data-driven people analytics across the organization.
Prior to this elevation, Sureswar served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Tata Group, where he partnered with plant leadership in steel and power manufacturing operations. During his tenure, he drove workforce planning across permanent, trainee, and contract segments; strengthened industrial relations; ensured statutory compliance; led payroll and HRMS implementation; and advanced succession planning, employee engagement, and productivity improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence.
Earlier, he spent over nine years at Exim Logistics Private Limited, progressively rising through leadership roles including Head – HRM and HR Manager. In these roles, he led end-to-end talent acquisition, HRMS implementation, payroll governance, policy design, workforce planning, internal communications, union management, and training & development initiatives, significantly strengthening the organization’s HR foundation and people systems.
He began his professional journey with NIV-TECH SOLUTIONS (P) LTD., where he handled HR operations, payroll administration, recruitment coordination, grievance management, and project HR support, building a strong operational grounding in HR practices.
Sureswar is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, reinforcing his strategic and governance-oriented HR expertise.
His appointment reflects Exim Logistics’ commitment to strengthening leadership in people strategy, governance, digital HR transformation, and building a future-ready workforce aligned with its long-term growth ambitions.
