Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Nishant M. Sharma has been appointed Chief Business Officer – Wealth Creation at Jainam Broking Limited, where he will focus on expanding strategic partnerships and strengthening the company’s footprint in the wealth domain across geographies. In his new role, he will drive growth initiatives around wealth products and business development while scaling the firm’s presence in the investment advisory ecosystem.
Before joining Jainam Broking Limited, Nishant M. Sharma served as Director – Investment Advisory at Renaissance Investment Advisors, where he led strategy and operations for a SEBI-registered investment advisory business. He worked on partner acquisition, revenue expansion, and collaborative growth initiatives through marketing programs, webinars, and platform partnerships. He also continues to contribute as a strategic advisor in freelance capacities, supporting firms in expanding their business alliances.
Earlier, he was National Head – Omni Channel at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, managing large nationwide teams and multi-channel customer acquisition strategies. He also held senior leadership roles at SBI Securities, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, PL Capital Group, Religare Securities Ltd, and ICICI Securities, where he built deep expertise in wealth distribution, omni-channel sales, product marketing, and large-scale financial services operations.
Nishant M. Sharma holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and brings over two decades of experience in financial services leadership.
