Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, February 2026 — Deerfield Group has appointed Ashley Mahoney as Executive Vice President, Analytics and Performance Marketing. She has assumed the role in January 2026 and will be based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
In this position, Mahoney will lead how Deerfield applies data, analytics, and performance measurement to help life sciences brands maximize their marketing efforts and make smarter, more confident investment decisions. She will oversee a team of analysts and data scientists, strengthening the integration of strategy, creativity, and data-driven insight across client engagements.
Prior to joining Deerfield Group, Mahoney served as Head of Analytics at Brightside, where she led analytics for a venture-backed financial care platform focused on improving financial health outcomes for working Americans. She played a key role in leveraging insight generation and performance measurement to support business growth and customer impact.
Earlier, she was VP, Engagement Solutions at Accolade, Inc., helping define performance standards and developing playbooks to proactively manage customer success through data-driven metrics. She also previously served as Director of Data Insights at Accolade, leading analytics initiatives focused on optimizing core business processes.
Mahoney’s background includes senior leadership roles at Endo Pharmaceuticals, where she was Senior Director, Insight & Analytics, shaping brand strategy through primary and secondary research and sales performance analysis. She also held multiple roles at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, including Insight Director, Digital Marketing Solutions, contributing to digital marketing quantification and strategic launch support.
Her earlier career includes consulting roles at TGaS Advisors, Health Strategies Group, and Accenture, building deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing analytics, sales force effectiveness, and strategic performance optimization.
With extensive experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and analytics leadership, Mahoney brings a strong foundation in strategic analytics and marketing performance to Deerfield Group’s life sciences portfolio.
