Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – M | O | C Cancer Care & Research Centre has announced the appointment of Shrishail Deshnur as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to expand its footprint in oncology and hematology care across India. In this role, Shrishail will lead the marketing function, driving brand strategy, patient engagement, and growth initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission of delivering accessible and high-quality cancer care.
Prior to joining M | O | C Cancer Care & Research Centre, Shrishail Deshnur served as Chief Marketing Officer at Indira IVF Group, where he led marketing strategy and brand development, contributing to the organization’s growth in the healthcare space.
Earlier, he spent nearly six years with Cipla as Senior Director and Head – Consumer Marketing, where he drove consumer-centric healthcare marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence and patient outreach initiatives.
Before this, Shrishail held the role of Head – Marketing (Consumer Products, ASF Division) at Pidilite Industries Limited, where he managed product marketing and brand growth initiatives across consumer segments.
He also spent over seven years at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd. as Associate Vice President – Marketing, leading marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives in the financial services sector.
His earlier experience includes roles at MetLife India Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Berger Paints India, where he built a strong foundation in marketing, sales, and business development across diverse industries.
