Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States ,April 2026 — Angie McMillin has stepped into the newly created role of President, Global Data Center Organization at Eaton, marking an important leadership move for the intelligent power management company. Her appointment comes at a time when global demand for digital infrastructure, electrification, and resilient power solutions continues to grow, and reflects Eaton’s strategic focus on strengthening its position in the evolving data center landscape.
Before taking on this role, Angie McMillin served as President, Energy Solutions and Services at Eaton. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Baker Hughes and Bently Nevada, adding further depth to her experience across industrial technology, operational transformation, and business leadership.
Earlier, she was associated with Vertiv, where she held leadership roles including Vice President and GM, IT Systems, Vice President, Strategic Business Initiatives, and Vice President, Offering Management & Engineering, Americas. Before that, she worked with TE Connectivity in product management leadership roles and with Stoneridge, Inc., Electronics & Control Devices as Senior Strategic Product Marketing Manager.
A significant phase of her career was spent at Delphi, where she held multiple progressive roles including Global Product Line General Manager, Manager Divisional Strategic Business Planning, Global Product Sales Manager, Senior Sales Account Manager, Resident Release Engineer, Lead Program System Engineer, and Brake Systems Engineer. Together, these roles reflect a long and distinguished career spanning product leadership, engineering, strategy, sales, and global business management.
With leadership experience spanning Eaton, Baker Hughes, Bently Nevada, Vertiv, TE Connectivity, Stoneridge, and Delphi, Angie McMillin brings a rich and well-rounded background to this newly created role. Her appointment is expected to support Eaton’s continued growth in the data center space and further strengthen its position as a leader in intelligent power management.
