Delhi, India, February 2026 — E2E Cloud has appointed Sonam Arora as Head – People & Culture, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates growth in India’s high-performance cloud and AI ecosystem.
In her new role, Sonam will lead the people strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, and talent initiatives to support E2E Cloud’s continued expansion. She will focus on building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s innovation-driven and customer-centric growth trajectory.
Prior to joining E2E Cloud, Sonam served as VP – People & Culture at Baazi Games, where she led enterprise HR strategy and culture-building initiatives across a fast-scaling gaming and technology organization.
Earlier, she was associated with The Good Glamm Group, holding leadership roles including Head HR – Retail and Head HRBP – Corporate, where she supported organizational design, HR business partnering, and strategic workforce initiatives across retail and corporate functions.
She previously served as HR Head at INDmoney.com, and as AGM HR at HT Digital Streams, contributing to talent transformation and HR operations in digital and fintech environments. Her earlier experience includes a long tenure at Go-MMT Partner Community, where she led HR for multiple business lines including Technology, Product, Hotels, Flights, Customer Service, Ground Transport, and Marketing, partnering closely with leadership on culture, workforce planning, and talent management.
Sonam began her career in HR consulting and media organizations including Fever 104 FM (HT Media Ltd.), Dish TV – Essel Group, and Unison International, building strong foundations in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
With nearly two decades of experience across technology, gaming, fintech, media, and digital-first organizations, Sonam Arora brings deep expertise in HR business partnering, culture transformation, and strategic people leadership to E2E Cloud at a pivotal stage of growth.
