Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Neha Phadke has started a new position as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft, taking on an expanded leadership role to drive offshore hiring strategy across India, the United States, and Rest of World geographies. She will continue to support some of the largest and fastest-growing verticals within the organization.
Neha has been part of Birlasoft for nearly seven years, most recently serving as Director – Talent Acquisition, where she led talent acquisition for six HBUs and key staffing accounts, managing a team of TA leads and over 50 recruiters. Prior to that, as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, she consistently achieved recruitment targets over five consecutive years, drove 30% employee referral hiring, maintained single-digit vendor hiring for three years to optimize costs, and successfully managed audits with zero non-conformities. She also strengthened social media hiring strategies, enhanced TAG systems and processes, and led niche skill initiatives across business units.
Before joining Birlasoft, Neha spent over a decade at KPIT as Senior Recruitment Manager, building deep expertise in large-scale recruitment strategy and delivery. Earlier, she held recruitment leadership roles at L&T Infotech, where she managed bilingual assignments for the MENA region and was recognized with the Valuable Contribution Award. Her career also includes roles at SYSTIME Computers, Kanbay Software, Datamatics Ltd, and DBS Internet Services Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
