United States, February 2026 — CECO Environmental Corporation has appointed Sameer Oswal as its Chief Information Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company advances its digital transformation agenda across global operations.
In his new role, Sameer will lead enterprise-wide IT strategy, digital innovation, AI-driven transformation, and technology integration initiatives to support CECO’s growth across industrial air, water, and energy transition markets.
Prior to joining CECO Environmental Corporation, Sameer served as Chief Information Officer at Honeywell Sundyne, where he drove digital innovation across mission-critical pump and compressor technologies. He led IT strategy and digital transformation across all business units, successfully executed post-acquisition IT integration into Honeywell within five months, and built a multi-year modernization roadmap spanning systems, analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity. His leadership enabled global digital commerce transformation, advanced analytics deployment integrating AI and machine learning models, and significant operational cost optimization.
Earlier, Sameer was Chief Information Officer at Accudyne Industries, a Carlyle portfolio company, where he spearheaded digital strategy and IT modernization initiatives. He also held senior leadership roles as Sr ERP & BI IT Director and previously as Sr. ERP & BI Manager at Sullair, focusing on ERP implementations, business intelligence systems, and enterprise data capabilities.
He began his technology career with roles at Hamilton Sundstrand, RS Infocon, Diversey, and IMR Global, building strong expertise in ERP systems, enterprise technology integration, and IT leadership across global industrial organizations.
With over two decades of experience in IT leadership, private equity-backed transformations, M&A integration, digital commerce, AI-enabled analytics, and cybersecurity strategy, Sameer Oswal brings deep enterprise technology expertise to CECO Environmental Corporation at a pivotal phase of its growth.
