Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Shruti Kaushik Agrawal has been appointed as Group Chief Marketing Officer at DivyaSree Developers, where she will lead brand positioning, integrated marketing strategy, and organisational transformation across the company’s diversified portfolio spanning Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Asset Management, Hospitality, and Retail.
In this newly created enterprise leadership role, Shruti will focus on building a unified group brand, centralising marketing and communications, institutionalising brand governance frameworks, and enabling cross-business growth through aligned go-to-market strategies. Her mandate includes integrating digital, content, PR, analytics, and internal communications to support DivyaSree’s next phase of expansion as a diversified real estate and lifestyle organization.
She continues her association with Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, where she heads marketing for Intellion Offices. In this role, she has driven award-winning campaigns, tenant engagement initiatives, and digital platform innovations that significantly strengthened brand visibility and customer experience. Under her leadership, tenant engagement scaled by 1700% in four years, social media following increased by 33% with consistent engagement growth, and the Intellion Plus app reached over 22,000 downloads. She also conceptualised India’s first sonic branding initiative in real estate and curated award-winning campaigns such as “Unburden” and “Deserved/Reserved,” which received recognition at the ET Shark Awards and India Marketing Awards.
Previously, Shruti served as Associate Vice President – Marketing at RMZ Corp, where she led brand transformation, strategic communications, digital storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives, including launching India’s first commercial real estate podcast. She also held leadership roles as General Manager – Sales & Operations at Workafella, Marketing & Branding Head at Adarsh Developers, and Head Marketing – Mantri Square Mall at Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd, driving digital transformation, performance-led marketing, and enterprise growth strategies.
Her earlier experience includes leading brand and communications initiatives at Cafe Coffee Day and consulting roles at Planman Consulting Group, building a strong foundation in integrated marketing, brand alliances, public relations, and business development.
