In her new role, Jessica is responsible for building and scaling First Recon AI’s enterprise revenue motion across North America — from pipeline development and strategic deal execution to partnerships and go-to-market strategy. First Recon AI is redefining how enterprises govern and control their AI infrastructure through an API-first platform delivering continuous enforcement, observability, and control across every AI model and integration point. As organizations accelerate AI adoption, the platform addresses growing risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, compliance violations, and uncontrolled model access through DLP scanning, firewall enforcement, gateway routing, and full audit lineage capabilities.
Jessica brings over 15 years of enterprise sales and alliance leadership experience from SoftwareOne, where she held multiple senior roles including Director Sales & Alliance AWS North America and Sales Leader – Strategic Enterprise Southeast. During her tenure, she built and scaled AWS-focused sales teams, drove over 400% business growth in one fiscal year, and consistently ranked among the top performers in North America, leading high-value Fortune 500 engagements and strategic hyperscaler partnerships.
Most recently, she served as Director, Global Alliance AWS at Spectro Cloud, where she led business development strategy with AWS and the GSI/ISV ecosystem, driving tri-party motions and sourced opportunities. She also currently serves in a fractional capacity as VP of Strategic Partnerships at BigData Boutique, focusing on expanding partnerships across the open-source data and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Jessica held leadership roles at InterCall, Virgin Mobile USA, Cross Country Healthcare, and served as President of IAMCP South Florida, strengthening partner ecosystems within the Microsoft community.
