Paris, France, March 2026 – Technip Energies (PARIS: TE) has announced the appointment of Jesse Stanley as President, Technologies & Products (T&P) Business Unit and member of its Executive Committee, effective March 16, 2026. The company also confirmed the new composition of its Executive Committee.
Jesse Stanley joins Technip Energies from Wood plc, where she has served as President, Operations Americas since 2024. In her new role, she will lead the company’s technologies and products portfolio, focusing on accelerating innovation, strengthening its differentiated technology offerings, and advancing Technip Energies’ strategic ambition for T&P business growth.
A graduate of the University of Cambridge and Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanley began her career with Accenture in Germany. She later joined Shell plc in 2007, where she held multiple leadership roles across logistics, global sales and marketing in Europe and Asia, and corporate strategy.
At Shell, she served as Senior Strategy Advisor in Group Corporate Strategy in the Netherlands before moving to the United States. She subsequently held senior operational leadership roles, including General Manager, Unconventionals Commercial; Vice President, Pipeline Operations; and Chief Operating Officer for Shell Energy Trading Americas, building extensive experience in complex operations, energy markets, and commercial transformation.
Commenting on the appointment, Arnaud Pieton, Chief Executive Officer of Technip Energies, welcomed Stanley to the company and highlighted her international experience in leading complex operations, driving innovation, and developing differentiated technology portfolios. He noted that the refreshed Executive Committee brings complementary leadership expertise to reinforce execution excellence and accelerate delivery of technologies, products, and solutions.
