Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Priyanka Roy has been appointed Associate Director – Communications at Flipkart, strengthening the leadership bench of one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms.
In her new role at Flipkart, Priyanka will anchor strategic communications initiatives across key categories, driving integrated external and internal communication programs. She will focus on strengthening brand positioning, shaping corporate narratives, and delivering high-impact stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with Flipkart’s growth and innovation agenda.
Prior to joining Flipkart, Priyanka served as AVP – Head Brand & PR at PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher), where she led brand strategy and public relations initiatives, enhancing the organization’s market visibility and stakeholder engagement.
She earlier spent over four years at NSE India, where she progressed to Senior Manager – Corporate Communications. At NSE, she spearheaded internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, while also driving external communications, media outreach, thought leadership content, and campaign coordination for the exchange and its group companies.
Before NSE, Priyanka built global communications experience at Capgemini, where she led end-to-end international public relations programs across multiple business units including Automotive, Digital Engineering, Business Services, and Applications. She managed integrated global campaigns, aligned APAC markets with global communications strategy, and worked closely with international media and agency partners.
Her early career includes agency experience with Genesis BCW (now Burson), BrandcomPR, and MSL India, where she developed strong expertise in media relations, crisis management, strategic storytelling, and executive communications.
With over a decade of experience across corporate and agency environments, Priyanka Roy’s elevation reflects a strong growth trajectory in corporate communications, brand leadership, and integrated campaign strategy.
