Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, March 2026 – Andile Manyathi-Sogoni has started a new position as Head of People at RSM South Africa, where she will lead the firm’s people strategy aligned with its business objectives. In this role, she will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, transformation initiatives, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Before joining RSM South Africa, Andile served as HR Operations Africa Lead at Deloitte Consulting, where she partnered with senior leadership to drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent development across multiple regions. She also led HR transformation initiatives focused on DEI, learning and development, and workforce analytics, while overseeing HRIS implementation, succession planning frameworks, and talent acquisition strategies.
Earlier in her career, Andile worked with DNAFit, managing human resources operations across the United Kingdom and South Africa, where she developed HR policies, talent strategies, and compliance frameworks for a rapidly growing startup. She also played a key role in employee relations, workforce restructuring, and payroll compliance.
Her professional journey further includes HR leadership roles at EOH, S.A.M.E. Water, and Powertech Transformers, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations, labour law compliance, workforce transformation, talent acquisition, and leadership coaching.
