In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening talent capabilities, enhancing organizational culture, and supporting business growth across Mindspace’s expanding portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining Mindspace Business Parks, Ghosh served as Head – Human Resources Department at SBI Ventures Limited, where she led the HR function for over five years. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives, strengthening talent management frameworks, and supporting leadership in building a performance-driven organizational culture.
Earlier, Ghosh spent over a decade with India Ratings & Research – A Fitch Group Company as Head – Human Resources. In this role, she led HR strategy, talent development, and organizational initiatives that supported the company’s growth and strengthened employee engagement across its operations.
Before that, she worked with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited as Human Resources Manager, where she contributed to HR operations, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
With nearly two decades of experience in human resources leadership across financial services, insurance, and professional services sectors, Anuja Ghosh brings strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership initiatives.
