Arlington, Virginia, United States, March 2026 – Amanda Wills has stepped into a new role as Vice President, Talent Acquisition – Americas at Mastercard, further strengthening the company’s talent leadership across the region.
Amanda has been with Mastercard for over seven years and has played a key role in shaping the company’s global recruitment strategy. Prior to her new role, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruitment, where she led campus hiring initiatives and built strong university partnerships to attract early-career talent into the organization. Earlier, she also held the role of Director, Talent Acquisition, contributing to strategic hiring programs and workforce growth initiatives.
Before joining Mastercard, Amanda spent nearly six years with Applied Predictive Technologies, where she worked as Senior Campus Recruiter and Campus Recruiter, leading university recruiting strategies and building strong pipelines of analytical and technology talent for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Amanda served as Senior Financial Analyst at Freddie Mac, where she gained experience in financial analysis and strategic business insights. She also worked as National Leadership Consultant at Chi Omega Fraternity, focusing on leadership development and organizational engagement initiatives.
