Miami, Florida, United States, March 2026 – Simpro Group, a global leader in AI-first operating software for the trades, has appointed Beth Erickson as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Beth Erickson will help accelerate the company’s global expansion by building a world-class talent engine to support product innovation, customer success, and operational excellence as Simpro Group continues to scale its AI-first platform.

The company is significantly expanding its global operations and plans to add more than 1,000 employees in the coming years. These roles will span sales, product development, engineering, customer experience, and corporate functions. Around half of the new positions will be based at the company’s Miami headquarters, further strengthening South Florida as a strategic hub for AI innovation.
With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, Beth Erickson has built and transformed people functions across complex, high-growth organizations. Throughout her career, she has led international HR teams, supported organizational redesign during expansion and acquisitions, strengthened performance management systems, and optimized talent strategies in high-volume operational environments.
Her appointment reinforces Simpro Group’s focus on strengthening its leadership team while scaling its workforce and global operations to support continued innovation and growth.
