Based in Noida, she will work closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and HR initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities.

Prior to joining COGENT Infotech, Rai spent nearly 15 years with Artech L.L.C., where she most recently served as Assistant General Manager – HR. During this phase, she managed culture and engagement programs, supported employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives, and worked with leaders to strengthen the employee value proposition. She also led key HR interventions across compensation strategy, performance management frameworks (OKRs/KRAs/KPIs), and HR process improvements.

Rai additionally played a central role in HR digital transformation initiatives, including serving as a project manager for Oracle HCM implementation, supporting the transition across multiple modules such as Core HR, absence management, recruiting, compensation, and talent management. Her experience also includes driving talent management, learning and organizational development priorities, HR audits, workforce cost control, and attrition root-cause analysis.

Earlier at Artech, she held progressive HR leadership roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager – HR, contributing to workforce strategy, organizational restructuring, and leadership stakeholder engagement. She also led HR efforts during the COVID-19 period through policy improvements, benefit enhancements, and retention-focused interventions.
