Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Hafele announces the appointment of Saurav Kumar Das as Director – Sales. In this role, Saurav will lead the Sales and Sales Support functions across Hafele’s South Asia operations, including India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other regional markets.
Saurav brings with him extensive experience and a deep understanding of Hafele’s business, having held multiple strategic roles during his association with the organisation. Over his 11+ year journey with Hafele, he has successfully led the Projects and Hospitality business, Partitions & Automatics, International Markets, and most recently, the Hafele Fittings vertical.
His diverse cross-functional experience, strong understanding of customer needs, and insights into market dynamics position him well to drive Hafele’s sales strategy and support the organisation’s continued growth across South Asia. The appointment follows a planned leadership transition, with Hafele continuing to strengthen its leadership ecosystem and ensure seamless business continuity across the region.
