Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Native has announced that Dilnavaz Ghadiali has joined as Group Head HR for Native Woven and Northward, strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it continues to expand its integrated talent solutions and recruitment performance platforms.
Ghadiali brings more than 20 years of experience across media, financial services, retail, hospitality, and consulting, with deep expertise in people strategy, organizational culture, and capability development. In her new role, she will focus on aligning people, culture, and organizational capability to drive business performance and support the strategic growth of Native, Woven, and Northward.
Prior to joining Native, Ghadiali served as Senior Director – Learning & Development at WPP Media, where she led capability-building initiatives and leadership development programs across the organization. Earlier, she spent more than five years with Sharekhan as Associate Vice President and Head – Learning & Development, where she played a key role in strengthening talent development and organizational learning frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Ghadiali held leadership roles with Godrej Nature’s Basket Private Limited as Human Resources Manager and Head – Learning & Development, and with Hero Mindmine as Assistant Manager – Content Development and Content Head for West & South India. She also worked with The Chopras Institute of Professional Education as a freelance content developer and spent nearly a decade with Tech Mahindra as Senior Executive – Content Developer, building strong expertise in learning design, capability building, and talent development initiatives.
