Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, March 2026 — Eli Lilly and Company has appointed Ashley Marie Lopez as Director – HR Business Partner, Global Central Quality. In her new role, Lopez will partner with global quality leadership to advance people priorities that support capability building, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes across Lilly’s Global Central Quality organization.
Lopez steps into the director position after serving as Associate Director – HR Business Partner, Global Quality at Eli Lilly and Company, where she supported the Global Quality function through business partnering and people leadership responsibilities. Prior to that, she was Associate Director – Strategic Talent Sourcing at Lilly, contributing to strategic sourcing efforts and talent initiatives aligned with evolving organizational needs.
Earlier in her career, Lopez worked with Sitel in Bogotá, Colombia, first as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist and later as a Recruitment Coordinator, strengthening hiring delivery and recruitment operations. She also served as an Organizational Psychologist with Universidad Sergio Arboleda, and contributed to academic publishing as Latin American Journal of Psychology Editor at Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz.
