France, February 2026 — Delphine Otzenberger has joined XPO Logistics Europe as Vice President Strategy & Transformation, and will serve as a member of the European Executive Committee, reporting directly to the President Europe. In her new role, she will lead strategy definition and transformation execution across multiple European markets, supporting the company’s growth and operational evolution.
At CEVA Logistics, Delphine Otzenberger most recently founded and led a Battery Reverse Logistics business unit, building from scratch a pan-European network dedicated to the EV battery ecosystem. She established operations across multiple countries, developed strategic partnerships with OEMs and recyclers, and drove the full commercial and operational setup of this new vertical while holding end-to-end P&L responsibility.
Earlier at CEVA Logistics, she led large-scale transformation and post-merger integration initiatives, including the integration of major acquisitions such as Bolloré Logistics, Ingram Micro CLS, GEFCO, and Colis Privé. Her work spanned organizational design, synergy realization, operating model alignment, and cost optimization programs. She also served as Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO, supporting operational turnaround efforts, standardizing global processes, and reshaping sales and cross-sell strategies.
Before joining CEVA, Delphine Otzenberger spent over six years at Bain & Company, progressing to Manager and leading more than 30 strategy projects across private equity, telecom, financial services, retail, and utilities sectors across Europe and the United States. She began her professional career with HSBC Global Banking and Markets as an IT commando intern, focusing on portfolio controls and optimization projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from CentraleSupélec.
