Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Ravikrishnan Srinivasan has joined TK Elevator India as Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive global leadership experience across industrial automation, digital transformation, and large-scale operations.
In his new role, Ravikrishnan Srinivasan will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives in India, strengthening its operations, customer engagement, and market presence while supporting the company’s broader mission of advancing sustainable urban mobility solutions.
Before joining TK Elevator India, Ravikrishnan Srinivasan spent over eight years at Honeywell, most recently serving as Vice President – Industrial Automation, where he led the industrial automation business across the Asia Pacific region. During this period, he played a key role in driving innovation, digital transformation initiatives, and operational growth across complex industrial markets.
Earlier at Honeywell, he served as Vice President / General Manager – Emissions Management at Honeywell Connected Enterprise, where he worked on solutions enabling customers to accelerate digital transformation and sustainability initiatives, including decarbonisation through measurement, monitoring, reporting, and reduction frameworks. Prior to this, he also held the position of Vice President / General Manager, Honeywell Process Solutions – Asia Pacific, managing large automation and project businesses with full P&L responsibility across the region while serving on the boards of Honeywell entities in Malaysia and Singapore and holding leadership roles in the Philippines and Indonesia.
Before these roles, Ravikrishnan held multiple global leadership positions within Honeywell, including Senior Global Business Director – Modular Systems and OEM and Senior Global Director – Modular Systems, where he led global teams focused on connected technologies, automation systems, and industrial innovation to help organizations improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Prior to Honeywell, he spent nearly twelve years with Rockwell Automation, holding several senior leadership roles across Asia Pacific, including Regional Director – EPC and Oil & Gas, Regional Sales Leader – EPC Asia Pacific, and Director – Market Access (Channels), Asia Pacific, where he led strategic initiatives across industrial automation, energy management, and infrastructure sectors.
Earlier in his career, Ravikrishnan spent more than fourteen years with Honeywell across multiple international roles, including leadership positions in Saudi Arabia, China, and India, where he led sales and market development across energy, chemicals, and industrial sectors. He began his professional career with Thermax Limited as an Engineer Trainee.
Ravikrishnan holds a Master of Science (Technology) in Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
