London, England, United Kingdom, March 2026 — Jessica McCormack has elevated Marie-Agathe (Six) Beuscart into the role of HR Director, with the expanded mandate also including a seat on the company’s Executive Committee. In her new capacity, Beuscart will lead the people agenda for the fast-growing London-based diamond jewellery brand as it continues to scale its teams and global presence.
Beuscart has been with Jessica McCormack for over three years. She joined the business as Head of HR in November 2022 and has played a central role in shaping people priorities across the organisation. Her promotion to HR Director reflects the increasing strategic importance of talent, culture, leadership capability, and workforce planning as the brand accelerates growth across retail and corporate functions.
Before joining Jessica McCormack, Beuscart served as HR Manager at Ciena in London, where she supported people operations and HR strategy within a global technology environment.
Earlier, she spent two years at CELINE as EMEA Retail HR Manager, serving as HR Manager across France, Monaco, Central Europe, the UK, and the Middle East—experience that strengthened her capabilities in multi-market retail HR, talent management, and employee relations within luxury settings.
Beuscart also built a strong foundation at Chloé, holding multiple roles including International HR Development Manager, Retail and Wholesale EMEA HR Manager, and Recruitment Manager, contributing across HR development, organisational support, and recruitment leadership. Earlier in her career, she held HR and recruitment roles with Jaeger-LeCoultre, Chanel, and L’Oréal, adding further depth in luxury and consumer-facing environments.
