Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, March 2026 – Intas Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Manish Kumar Jain as Senior General Manager – Human Resources, further strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues its global growth trajectory.
In this role, Manish Kumar Jain will bring his extensive experience across corporate and manufacturing environments to drive key HR priorities, including talent management, learning and development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. His appointment reflects Intas’ continued focus on building robust people practices to support its expanding global footprint.
Most recently, Manish Kumar Jain served as HR Head at Cummins India, where he led HR for the Pithampur and Dewas plants, driving people strategy across large-scale manufacturing operations and strengthening workforce alignment with business objectives.
Prior to this, he was Site HR Head at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he played a critical role in managing HR operations at the site level, contributing to talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
He spent over a decade with Lupin Limited, where he progressed from an executive role to Senior Human Resources Manager, leading key initiatives across learning and organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, payroll, HR analytics, and exit management.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Shree Cement Ltd., where he contributed to HR analytics, employee engagement, and organizational diagnostics, collaborating on initiatives such as engagement surveys and career management frameworks.
He began his professional journey with Infosys BPO, gaining foundational experience in HR operations and process management, which laid the groundwork for his subsequent leadership roles.
