Before joining Sabine Hospitals, Amith Kumar N served as Facility Director at Motherhood in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In that role, he was associated with operational and business responsibilities in a leading healthcare setting, further adding to his experience in managing growth-focused healthcare environments.
Prior to that, he worked with AMERICAN ONCOLOGY INSTITUTE – Precision Cancer Care as Zonal Director – South Cluster in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. This assignment strengthened his leadership exposure across regional operations and strategic oversight in the healthcare space. Earlier, he was associated with Karkinos Healthcare as State Head – Operations in Kochi, Kerala, India, where he contributed to operational management and healthcare delivery leadership.
He also served as Senior Manager at KIMSHEALTH, where he was involved in healthcare promotions and developed expertise in new business development and sales management. A significant phase of his career was spent at Manipal Hospitals, where he worked as Referral Sales Head and Product Manager – Organ Transplant. In these roles, he contributed to referral growth, business development, and driving the transplant program, further building his experience in specialized healthcare services and strategic growth functions.
Earlier in his professional journey, Amith Kumar N worked with ASTER MEDCITY and Apollo Hospitals as Assistant Manager, where he was involved in market penetration, brand communication, and sales activities aimed at increasing hospital visibility and market share. He also worked with GVK EMRI as Operations Executive, gaining foundational experience in operations, inventory management, and people management. Together, these roles have helped shape a strong and broad-based healthcare leadership profile.
