Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Priya Mehta as Director – Human Resources & Administration. In this role, she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, people practices, and administrative functions, supporting business growth and organizational transformation.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Priya Mehta brings deep expertise across business partnering, learning and development, organizational change, culture building, and talent management, along with strong capabilities in HR transformation and stakeholder management.
Prior to joining Hitachi Payment Services, Priya Mehta was associated with BNP Paribas as Director Human Resources (HRBP), where she played a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and driving employee engagement and HR strategy.
She earlier spent several years at JLL, holding multiple leadership roles including Senior Director – Learning & Development and Head of Learning & Development, APAC. During her tenure, she led global learning strategies, built scalable learning ecosystems, and supported organizational growth through capability development initiatives.
Before that, she worked with Kotak Life Insurance as DVP – Organisation Capability (L&OD), where she focused on strengthening organizational capability, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Max Life Insurance, Reliance Petroleum, Unilever, and Amway, where she built a strong foundation in training, learning, and HR operations.
Priya Mehta holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, further strengthening her expertise in organizational transformation and people strategy.
