This appointment reflects her growing experience across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, HR coordination, and people support functions. Her move to EGBANK comes as the bank continues to strengthen its people-focused culture and youth-centric vision.
Before joining EGBANK, Lamy Magdy served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Address Holding, where she was involved in recruitment across real estate and corporate roles. Prior to that, she worked with NOK Human Capital as Talent Acquisition Specialist, building further experience in recruitment delivery and hiring coordination across large outsourcing accounts. These roles reflect a steady progression in talent acquisition and HR support.
Earlier, she was associated with The Hires Lab as Human Resources Recruiting Consultant, where she contributed across recruitment and HR consulting assignments. She also gained early HR exposure through her internship with CIB Egypt as Human Resources Intern. Before moving fully into HR, she worked in customer-facing roles with Vodafone as Customer Service Representative and Centro as Customer Care Specialist, experiences that helped strengthen her communication, service, and people engagement skills.
With experience spanning EGBANK, The Address Holding, NOK Human Capital, The Hires Lab, CIB Egypt, Vodafone, and Centro, Lamy Magdy brings a growing and well-rounded background in HR and talent acquisition to her new role.
