With over three decades of cross-industry experience spanning infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, retail, and financial services, Rajesh Jain brings deep expertise in HR transformation, AI-driven people strategies, and complex M&A integrations. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and cultural transformation, aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s long-term sustainability vision.
Prior to joining Vishvaraj Environment Ltd, Rajesh Jain served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Welspun Living Limited, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy and talent initiatives, strengthening leadership pipelines and organizational effectiveness.
Before that, he held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Welspun Enterprises Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation and aligning people practices with business growth in infrastructure and energy sectors.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with Srei, serving as Head HR across Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited and Srei Equipment Finance Limited, where he led large-scale HR operations and supported organizational expansion in financial services.
He also held leadership roles at Suzlon Energy Limited, where he managed corporate HR strategy, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and global HR initiatives, and at Eaton, where he led HR and business excellence initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh Jain spent over a decade with Xerox, building strong foundational expertise in service operations, quality management, and technical training.
With a career spanning multiple industries and leadership roles, he brings a holistic and strategic perspective to human capital management, particularly in driving transformation and organizational scale.
