Before taking on this position, Roger Lvin served as Chief Executive Officer at Hitachi Digital Services. Prior to that, he was President and Board Member of the same business, then known as Hitachi Vantara, and also served as Executive Chairman at Hitachi Cyber. These assignments reflect a strong leadership progression within the broader Hitachi ecosystem and demonstrate his growing influence across the group’s digital and technology businesses.
Earlier, he spent nearly seventeen years with Cognizant, where he held multiple senior roles including SVP & Global Market Head – Digital Operations (Business Process Services), SVP & North America Market Leader – Digital Operations, VP & North America Market Leader – Digital Operations, VP & Global Head of Strategic Sales – Digital Operations, AVP & Head of Emerging Verticals – Digital Operations, AVP & Practice Leader – Media, and Client Partner.
