Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Kavita Tandon has stepped into a new role as Sr. Director People Partner, APAC at Snowflake, marking an important milestone in her people leadership journey. Her appointment reflects strong experience across HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, site leadership, and business partnering built over years across technology and services organizations.
Before taking on this role, Kavita Tandon served at Snowflake as Director People Partner India, Site Leader & India Board Member, and earlier as Director HR, India HR Leader. Her progression within Snowflake reflects a strong internal leadership journey and highlights the company’s confidence in her ability to lead people strategy across the APAC region.
Earlier, she was associated with Simplify Healthcare as VP, Head of HR, where she built the global HR function across India and the US. Prior to that, she worked with Alfa Laval as Human Resources Leader and with Amdocs as Global HR Business Lead – India | EMEA | CALA. These roles reflect deep expertise across organization design, compensation, talent management, capability building, engagement, compliance, and change management.
In the earlier phase of her career, Kavita Tandon was associated with WNS Global Services as Group Manager – Human Resource, IBM Daksh as Asst. Manager – HR, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd as Sr. Exe HR. Together, her experience across Snowflake, Simplify Healthcare, Alfa Laval, Amdocs, WNS Global Services, IBM Daksh, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd reflects a long and accomplished career in human resources leadership.
