Prior to joining FearIsNotLove, Angela Majcan served as SM Human Resources at Bow Valley College, where she added further depth to her HR leadership experience in an education environment. Before that, she was Regional Human Resources Manager at Impark, where she handled a wide range of responsibilities spanning full-cycle recruitment, employee records management, policy development, payroll, internal investigations, collective bargaining agreements, performance management, labour relations, and human rights legislation. This phase of her career helped strengthen her expertise across both strategic and operational human resources functions.
Earlier in her professional journey, she served as Human Resources Manager of Canada at ACT Medical, formerly known as Central Alberta Methadone Program. In that role, she was involved in maintaining organizational structures, updating job requirements and job descriptions, and supporting recruitment and selection processes. Her broader career path reflects strong experience across employee relations, policy development, staffing, payroll, labour matters, and HR leadership in both mission-driven and operationally complex environments.
