Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Amrita Bhattacharyya has joined Adventz Group’s Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd as Chief Operations Officer, where she will lead Operations, Client Management, Digital Marketing, and transformation for the GCC business line. Her appointment marks an important leadership move for the company as it continues to strengthen operational capability and transformation-led growth.
Before joining Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, Amrita Bhattacharyya served as National Head of CLCM – Sales of Subscription Products of OTTPLAY at HT Labs. Prior to that, she was associated with HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions, where she served as Head of Marketing at NXTDIGITAL Media Group of HGS. During that phase, she also held roles as Head of NxtPlay & Head of B2C Business for DTV & Broadband and Head of NxtPlay, building significant exposure across marketing, product, content, B2C growth, and digital business leadership.
Earlier, she worked at Firework as Head of Partnership Success, Strategic Accounts (India, APAC & ME), where she handled strategic accounts and partnerships across multiple regions. Before that, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., adding CEO-level leadership experience to her journey. She also worked as Head Corporate Partnerships at Give and as Executive Vice President at Creative Antenna, further strengthening her profile across partnerships, growth, and business leadership.
A major part of her earlier corporate journey includes nearly seven years at Tata Teleservices Ltd as Deputy General Manager – Marketing. Prior to that, she was Regional VAS Head – East at Aircel and Manager VAS at airtel, where she built strong experience across telecom, value-added services, marketing, and regional business leadership. Earlier still, she held customer service-related roles at Hutch and Tata Teleservices, which formed the foundation of her long and steadily progressive career.
Her career reflects broad leadership experience across telecom, media, digital products, partnerships, marketing, operations, and transformation. With this diverse background, Amrita Bhattacharyya brings a strong and multi-dimensional leadership profile to her new role at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd.
