Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Hoonartek has announced the appointment of Anoop Bharadwaj as Vice President – Marketing. He brings more than 15 years of B2B technology marketing experience to the role and will be responsible for shaping the company’s global strategic narrative and positioning, while also supporting the revenue marketing function. His appointment marks an important leadership addition for Hoonartek as it continues to strengthen its presence in data, digital, and AI services.
Before joining Hoonartek, Anoop Bharadwaj served as Partner and Field Marketing Leader at Lingaro. Prior to that, he was associated with Tredence Inc., where he held the roles of Leader – Demand Marketing and ABM and Head of Demand Marketing. In these assignments, he built deep expertise across demand generation, account-based marketing, and growth-oriented marketing strategy in data and analytics-led business environments.
Earlier, he spent more than three years at Cognizant, where he served as Lead – Partner Field Marketing and before that as Manager – Messaging and Portfolio Marketing. These roles added further strength to his profile in partner marketing, field activation, messaging, and portfolio-driven go-to-market strategy across enterprise technology services.
Prior to Cognizant, Anoop Bharadwaj worked at Nihilent as Manager – Corporate Communications, where he led the full range of communications functions including public relations, advertising, events, marketing collateral development, website management, employee communication, and social media management. This role broadened his experience across both external and internal communication strategy.
Earlier in his career, he served as Marketing Writer at IBM, developing marketing and sales collateral for solutions and services across business units and geographies while working with product managers and subject matter experts. Before that, he worked as Business Analyst at Genpact, where he created and updated marketing research reports for U.S.-based CPG clients. He also held the role of Data Analyst at Reuters, where he analyzed historical stock market data for securities globally. These roles helped build a strong analytical and communications foundation for his later leadership in B2B marketing.
Alongside his corporate journey, he is also a Member of CMO Alliance, reflecting his active engagement with the wider marketing leadership community. Overall, his career reflects strong progression across marketing strategy, demand generation, ABM, field marketing, messaging, communications, and research-driven insight. With experience spanning organizations such as IBM, Genpact, Cognizant, Tredence, Lingaro, and now Hoonartek, Anoop Bharadwaj brings a well-rounded and high-impact B2B marketing profile to his new role.
