Nitin was most recently serving as Vice President – Marketing, a role he took on in October 2023, where he played a key role in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and marketing innovation across channels. Nitin Khanna has spent over seven years at ACKO, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Director Marketing, Senior Director of Marketing, and Vice President – Marketing. During this time, he has been instrumental in building integrated marketing strategies, strengthening the brand’s digital presence, and driving customer-centric campaigns that align with ACKO’s D2C model.
Prior to joining ACKO, Nitin worked with Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), where he held key marketing leadership roles including Associate Director of Marketing and Head of Category Marketing. He played a pivotal role in launching and scaling categories such as Ola Share across 30+ cities, leading large-scale integrated campaigns, and driving significant customer acquisition and engagement initiatives. His contributions also included leading brand campaigns and accelerating digital adoption during critical market shifts.
Earlier, he worked with MakeMyTrip.com as Manager – Online Marketing, where he led digital marketing channels, managed large-scale media planning, and drove customer acquisition through performance marketing strategies. His work contributed to strong transaction growth and optimization of digital marketing investments.
He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he built a strong foundation in analytics, consulting, and business intelligence, working on financial dashboards, fraud analytics, and data-driven decision-making solutions.
Nitin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute of Management, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities in marketing and business growth.
