Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, April 2026 — Kinjal Shah has been promoted to the role of Head of Marketing APJ at Staffbase, marking a significant step in her leadership journey in regional marketing and growth strategy. In this role, she will lead marketing strategy across Australia, Singapore, and Japan, driving pipeline growth, brand presence, and integrated demand generation initiatives.
In her expanded role, Kinjal Shah will oversee regional marketing performance, aligning global campaigns with local execution while managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams. Her mandate includes building scalable marketing programs across digital, field, and partner channels to drive business growth and revenue outcomes.
Prior to this promotion, she served as Senior Marketing Manager at Staffbase, where she contributed to strengthening regional marketing initiatives. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Pluralsight, including Director of Marketing – APAC, where she led go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and regional pipeline growth, consistently delivering strong business outcomes.
She has also worked with leading organizations such as SAP and KPMG Australia, building deep expertise in account-based marketing, enterprise growth strategies, and data-driven marketing execution across global markets.
Kinjal Shah holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from RMIT University, further strengthening her expertise in strategic marketing leadership.
