Rajat Mehra has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Puritz Chem Pvt Ltd. Bringing over 19 years of comprehensive experience in human resources and operations management, Mehra is set to lead the operations at one of North India’s leading manufacturers of Epoxidized Soybean Oil.
Prior to joining Puritz Chem, Mehra served as the Head of Human Resources at NxtGen Infinite Datacenter from January 2021 to November 2022, where he was instrumental in driving HR strategies that supported the company’s expansive datacenter operations across Andhra Pradesh, India.
From March 2018 to December 2020, Mehra was the Human Resources Manager at Tiger Logistics (India) Ltd., based in New Delhi. In this role, he oversaw all HR activities, significantly enhancing the company’s workforce management and employee engagement strategies.
Before his tenure at Tiger Logistics, Mehra was a Senior HR Manager at Infodart Technologies India Ltd. from March 2013 to November 2017. His leadership there focused on refining HR operations and aligning human resources practices with business objectives, which boosted company growth and employee satisfaction.
Mehra’s early career included roles at Tulip Telecom Limited, Mahindra Comviva, Sopra Steria, Artech Information Systems, and NIIT Technologies Limited, where he developed a robust foundation in staffing, employee management, and HR operations.
